Behrang Dehkordi MD

Sports Medicine Lead

Behrang is a Pain and Sports Medicine Physician sports medicine physician with a focus on athlete performance and injury prevention. His experience includes team physician for professional soccer teams. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a master’s degree in football medicine. Behrang expertise will enhance our custom insole project by providing insights into optimizing foot support and injury prevention for athletes.

Gabriel is a seasoned leader in manufacturing operations, specializing in technology transfer, product commercialization, and LEAN implementation. He has a proven track record in FDA and ISO-compliant manufacturing, enhancing efficiency, quality, and compliance in complex projects. His expertise includes process development, new product introduction, and technical leadership. He also holds an MBA from Boston University.

Our Story

At Innoaddi, our Healthcare journey began not in a lab or a boardroom, but through personal stories that touched my heart deeply. My close friend, Dana, often returned from marathons, her feet sore and bruised. Watching her struggle, I sparked a question: How can technology provide the care and comfort our feet desperately need? The issue hit closer to home when Darrel, a dear friend and coach, lost his big toe to diabetes complications, partly because personalized footwear was out of reach – too expensive, not easily accessible, and simply unknown to many. Others around me, dealing with high arches or flat feet, faced their battles: insoles that wouldn't fit other shoes or lacked comfort. It dawned on me that this wasn't just a personal issue; it was a widespread challenge. Millions searched for footwear that genuinely suited their unique needs – from individuals managing diabetes to avid athletes. Yet, finding the right solution was akin to searching for a needle in a haystack.

Innoaddi emerged from this realization. We're more than just a company; we're a promise to defy the norm and deliver the long-awaited answer to personalized foot care.
